Proto, Defender of the Net, also known as Proto for short, is the creator of Protegent software. He is famous for his pioneering in antivirus software and technology, as well as creating Unistal (which he is now the CEO of).

Early Life

Proto was born Proto Unistal to proud parents Protis and Proton on August 13th 2006. Coincidentally, this is the same day that the first battle in the First Great Virus War was fought, and ultimately won by Spyware. Proto was born in the north western region of India. He is a proud Indian citizen, and practicer of Hinduism.

As a young child it was clear that Proto was a prodigy. At the tender age of 3 he fought in the First Great Virus War where he successfully led a team against Trojan. After his success in the war he proceeded to use his newly found skills and apply them to antivirus software. He figured that he could use the various fighting techniques studied in Nusto-Dodue, an ancient and sacred Indian art form.

Creation of Unistal

On September 5th, 2011, 3 months after the end of the First Great Virus War, Proto founded Unistal Systems, a revolutionary company that forever changed the face of the internet. Proto, now at the age of 7, hired a team of 20 people who worked tirelessly day and night for 2 months before releasing Protegent 360 on November 11th, 2011. The software was met by immense critical and commercial success, leading it to get nominated, and win, the CES best of show award.
